Alan George Donaldson

Alan George Donaldson of Midland, Ontario, passed away on September 2, 2026, at the age of 74. He was born on October 25, 1951. Alan was predeceased by his parents, Homer and Dorothy, as well as his brothers, Bob and Stephen, and sisters-in-law, Shirley and Marjorie. He is survived by his beloved wife, Heather; his children, Chris (Sheryl) and Teresa; and his grandchildren, Laura (Brayden), Bryce, and Mallory. Alan is also survived by his brother, Dick Donaldson, and sister-in-law, Suzanne Boles, along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Midland Curling Club. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Huronia or Georgian Bay General Hospital.
