Serafino Altieri

Serafino Altieri, born on September 27, 1939, passed away on September 8, 2026, at the age of 86. He is survived by his beloved wife, Grazia, and their children, Nico (Saveria), Frank, and Lucia (Sam). Serafino was a cherished grandfather to his grandchildren, Stephano, Anthony, Maria, Stefania, Angelo, Stephen, and Andrew, as well as a treasured member of a larger family and community of friends. Visitation will take place on Friday, September 11, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and again from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Highland Funeral Home - Markham Chapel, located at 10 Cachet Woods Ct, Markham, ON. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM, followed by entombment at Highland Memory Gardens, 33 Memory Gardens Ln, North York, ON. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada.
