Salvatore Spataro, born on July 20, 1943, passed away on July 29, 2026, at the age of 83. He is predeceased by his parents, Graziella Malandrino and Giovanni Spataro. Salvatore is survived by his wife, Santina, and their children, Giovanni and Maria Grazia, as well as his granddaughter, Mila Grace Anjeza, and his sisters, Corradina, Rosa, Giuseppina, and Sara. A visitation will be held at the Highland Funeral Home - Markham Chapel on August 3, 2026. A funeral Mass will follow on August 4, 2026, at St. David Roman Catholic Church, with entombment at Highland Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society and the Canadian Cancer Society.
