Rose Catinella

The family announces the passing of Rose Catinella of Markham, Ontario on October 9, 2026. Born on February 24, 1965, Rose was deeply connected to many relationships throughout her life. She is survived by her husband Stefano; her sons, Joseph, Corrado, and Stephen (Alexandra); her siblings, Tina (Vincent) and Sebastian (Maria); and her brothers-in-law, Carmelo (Maria Concetta) and Vincenzo (Graziella). Rose is also survived by her nieces and nephews. Visitation was held on Friday, October 16, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Highland Funeral Home - Markham Chapel, located at 10 Cachet Woods Ct, Markham, ON L6C3G1. A funeral service took place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Davids Roman Catholic Church, located at 2601 Major Mackenzie Dr W, Maple, ON L6A1C6. An entombment followed on the same day from 11:45 AM to 12:30 PM at Highland Memory Gardens, located at 33 Memory Gardens Ln, North York, ON M2H3K4. The family welcomes flowers and/or candles as a loving gesture.
