LEILA "LEE" FEMSON

Leila 'Lee' Femson, born on July 9, 1935, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2026, at the age of 90. A devoted Christian and dedicated teacher with the North York Board of Education, Lee spent most of her life in the Markham area. She was predeceased by her husband Ronald Femson, parents Ross Farr and Ruby Farr, and daughter-in-law Lee Anne Harper-Femson. Lee is survived by her son Michael Femson, granddaughters Lauren Elizabeth Femson and Kirsten Femson-Ptashnik, great-grandchildren Grace Anne, Gavin, and Irelynn Ptashnik, and many extended family members and friends. Visitation will be held at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home on July 16th, followed by a funeral service at Toronto Free Presbyterian Church on July 17th.
