He was predeceased by his parents Ted and Ivy Fowler, in-laws William and Helen Gibson, and sister-in-law Janet Fowler. A visitation will be held at the Dixon - Garland Funeral Home on August 21, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a burial at Elmwood Cemetery at 1:30 PM.
