Daniel Ong of Markham, Ontario, passed away on July 19, 2026, at the age of 27. He is survived by his parents, Sen Ong and Kiem Tran, his sisters, Julie Ong and Brenda Ong, his siblings-in-law, Eddie Bui and Brian Wu, and his niece, Reign. Daniel will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. A visitation will be held at the Highland Funeral Home - Markham Chapel on July 29, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on July 30, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will follow on July 30, 2026, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. Interment will take place at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens on July 30, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM.
