Corradina Schifitto

Corradina Schifitto, a resident of Markham, Ontario, died on August 16, 2026, at the age of 85. She was born on March 14, 1941. Corradina is survived by her husband Vincenzo Schifitto; her son Gaetano; her grandchildren David, Daniel, Angelyssa, Vincenzo and Giuseppe; her great‑grandchild Kaitlyn; and her siblings Paolina Ruscica and Salvatore Sgandurra. She was predeceased by her children Silvana and Giuseppe. Visitation will take place on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Highland Funeral Home – Markham Chapel, 10 Cachet Woods Court, Markham, ON. A funeral Mass is scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Patrick's Parish, 5633 Highway 7, Markham, ON, followed by an entombment at Highland Memory Gardens, 33 Memory Gardens Lane, North York, ON, at 12:15 p.m., and a reception at the Highland Funeral Home – Markham Chapel at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Muscular Dystrophy Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society.
