Cela Jones

Cela Jones of Markham, Ontario passed away on July 28, 2026, at the age of 105. Born on November 11, 1920, she is predeceased by her husband Griffiths Jones. Cela is survived by her daughters Rebecca Jones and Caroline Zank, son-in-law Reinhard Zank, grandchildren Carl Zank, Georgina Hardy, and Victoria Morton, and her great grandchildren Scarlett, Patrick, Charlotte, Dexter, Rory, Violett, Gabriel, Caroline-Pepper, D'Arcy, and Lavender. A celebration of life will be held on August 17, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Christ Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation of Canada in Cela's memory to support ongoing research.
