Julia 'Marie' (Costello) Bannon passed away peacefully on Monday, June 15, 2026, in her 91st year, at the age of 90. She was the beloved wife of the late Jack Bannon (2017). Loving mother of Colleen and John Zrini, Murray Bannon and Kelli Cartwright, Paul Bannon and Karen McNeill Bannon, Laurie Bannon and Art Gregory, Lisa and John Hedley, and Mark Bannon and Jennifer Meyer. Beloved Grandmother and Nana of Shanna (Wyatt), Reanne (Chris); Matthew (Jessica), Patrick, Joseph, Jack (Annalea); Max (Nicole), Greg (Samantha); Jamie (Stefanie), Julia (Nick); Jordan (Sara), Lukas (Josée); Jacob, and Evan and three precious great-grandchildren Clara, Harrison; and Nora. Dear sister-in-law of Sharon Bannon and Sandra Bannon. Predeceased by her parents John and Mary (Jordan) Costello and her 10 cherished siblings. Visitation will be held at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Friday from 6-9 PM. Visitation will also be held one hour prior to the 11 AM Funeral Mass at St. Andrew the Apostle Parish Catholic Church, 1 Fallons Lane, London on Saturday, June 20th. Private family interment Pinery Cemetery, Grand Bend at a later date.
