William EDWARDS

William 'Bill' Edwards of Glencoe passed away on June 9, 2026, at the age of 85. Born on December 13, 1940, in Woodgreen, Ontario, he is survived by his beloved wife Ann (Pustay) of almost 56 years. Bill was the proud father of Ryan Edwards (Jen) of Toronto, Kelly Galbraith (Richard) of Appin, and Brendan Edwards (Shannon) of Komoka. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Charlotte and Sophie, Ryerson and Kennedy, and Danika and Brooklyn. Bill leaves behind his brother-in-law, Ed Pustay (Julie), and his sister-in-law, Cindy Staels (Fred), and their families. He was influenced by his Uncle Verd and Aunt Zada Edwards in his younger years. A dedicated employee of Ford Motor Company for 30 years, Bill enjoyed hockey and baseball, spending countless hours playing, coaching, umpiring, and refereeing in the community. Cremation has taken place, and a private family burial will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Southwest Bullets Minor Hockey Association, Glencoe Minor Baseball Association, or Breakthrough T1D.
