William "Bill" Craig HAMBLY

William "Bill" Craig Hambly passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 15, 2026. He was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Mabel Hambly, and by his siblings Doris Butcher, Irene Morrison, Jack Hambly, and Jeannette McAlpine. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, June Hambly; brothers Richard Hambly and David Hambly; daughters Sandra Fickling, Susan Fisher and Stephanie Bryson; grandchildren Melissa Lobban, Thomas Fickling, William Fickling, Heather Bryson and Katrina Bryson; great‑grandchildren Parker and Coraline Lobban; and numerous nieces and nephews. After a 33‑year career with Wolverine Tube, Bill pursued oil painting and, together with June, enjoyed volunteering, trailering, boating and time at their home pool. Visitation will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1997 Dundas St. E., London, Ontario, on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, August 30, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., with the funeral service following at 11 a.m. in the chapel.
