Victor Schnekenburger

Victor Schnekenburger passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2026, in his 85th year, at the age of 84. He is survived by his wife of almost 61 years, Jean (nee Ellison) Schnekenburger. He is also survived by his children, Chris (Marsha), Terry, Lori, and Shelley (Tim), as well as his grandchildren, Ryan, Emma (Austin), Aidan, Cassandra, Liam (Emery), Ashley (Carlo), and Ethan (Claire). Victor is also survived by his brother Allan and two sisters-in-law, Norma and Mary Ellen. He was predeceased by his parents, Norman and Josephine (nee Trudell), his siblings, Hank, Ed, Loretta (Vince), Wilma, Paul, and Jimmy, and his sister-in-law Lee. Many nieces and nephews also survive him. Visitation will take place on Thursday, July 2, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Arn Funeral Home Dutton, followed by a funeral mass at St Mary's Church in West Lorne at 11:00 am. Interment will be in St Mary's Cemetery, and a luncheon will follow at the Parish Hall. The family appreciates donations in memory of Victor to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, The Alzheimer Society, or the Canadian Cancer Society.
