Susan May Ohler passed away peacefully on Friday, May 8, 2026, at Victoria Hospital, London, Ontario, in her 82nd year. She was the loving wife and soulmate of Mike for 62 years, beloved mother of Michael and Natasha, and cherished Grandma of Rhiannon and Matthew. Susan was also a loving sister of Mike Biro and Chantal Pierssens, and David Biro, and sister-in-law of Rosina Wolf. She is survived by her aunt, nieces, and nephews, including Rachel Biro, Daniel Biro, Ashly Clark, Grace Lochhead, Erika Csoff, and several great nieces and nephews, as well as many cousins in Ontario, BC, and the U.S. Susan was predeceased by her parents, Michael and Goldie Biro, and her husband Mike, who passed away in September 2025. Born and raised in Tillsonburg, Ontario, Susan attended both Public and High School, worked in the Tobacco fields, and eventually obtained her Dental Assistant Diploma. She and Mike spent time living in Toronto, Ontario, and eventually moved to London, Ontario, to start a family. Susan was a valued and loyal employee of Dr. Bob Currie for 38 years, where she performed office administration, management, and dental assisting. She loved her clothing, flowers, and jewelry, and everyone knew her favorite colors were purple, turquoise, cobalt blue, and teal. The family would like to thank the staff at Inspirit Residence, where Susan and Mike were living for the last four years. Cremation has taken place, and a small family gathering will be held in September 2026 at Woodland Cemetery, where both Mike and Susan will be interred together. As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Susan may be made to the Humane Society London & Middlesex.
