Sandford "Sandy" McLeish

Sandford 'Sandy' McLeish passed away on July 23, 2026. He is survived by his beloved wife, Gail McLeish, and was a treasured father to Calvin, and a doting grandfather to Jack and Connor. Sandy is also survived by his siblings, Larry, Sue, Greg, Heather, Meg, and Jo-Ellen, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Jeff. Sandy was born and raised in London, Ontario, where he developed a passion for cars, music, and sports, particularly hockey and baseball. He worked as a pump operator and was known for his big personality and even bigger heart. A visitation service will be held at Denning's Parkhill on July 30, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., with a Celebration of Life to follow in September. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation in his name.
