Ron SMITH

Ron Smith passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2026. He was the cherished husband and best friend of Betty for 32 years. Ron was a proud and devoted father of Emma, married to John, and Erin. He was also the happiest and proudest grandfather to Ivy, Sawyer, and Wren. Ron is remembered by his father, Gerald, with whom he shared a close bond, and his siblings Debra, married to Stuart, Bonnie, married to Janet, and Karen, married to Darrell. He is also remembered by his mother-in-law, Marilyn, and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie, married to Gary, Brenda, married to Dave, and Barb, married to Chuck. Ron will be deeply missed by his many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and a visitation will be held on Sunday, June 7, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Parkhill Arena, 256 McLeod St, Parkhill, ON.
