Phyllis Leslie Rath

Phyllis Leslie Rath of London, Ontario, passed away on September 25, 2026, at the age of 88. Born on June 22, 1938, Phyllis was a beloved member of her family and community. She is survived by her children, Daniel O'Neill (Colette), Robert O'Neill, and Heather Harvey, as well as her grandchildren, Jesse, Melissa, Trent, Brigitte, and Thomas, and her great-grandchild, Aurora. Phyllis is also remembered by her siblings, Mary O'Neill, Allan Pringle (Donna), and Jean Barker, along with her nieces, nephews, and cousins. A graveside service will take place on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at St. Peter's Cemetery, located at 806 Victoria St, London, ON N5Y4E1. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Southwest Partners.
