Melvin Douglas Travis

Melvin Douglas Travis of London, Ontario, born on May 23, 1938, passed away on September 29, 2026, at the age of 88. He was predeceased by his parents, Velma Ileen Chandler Travis and Wilfred W. Travis, his stepson Scott Harris, and his brother Jerry Wilfred Travis. Melvin is survived by his wife, Vivian Harris; his siblings, John Travis (Brenda), Glenn Travis (Marcia), and Eileen Travis; his stepchildren, Cindy Harris (Mark Spurr) and Timothy Harris (Lindsey); and his grandchildren, Sophie and Adam. A funeral service will take place on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 3:30 PM at Woodland Cemetery, located at 493 Springbank Dr, London, ON N6J1H3. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice in Melvin's memory.
