Margaret Mercedes Francis

Margaret Mercedes Francis of London, Ontario, passed away on September 18, 2026, at the age of 95. She was predeceased by her parents, Efan Rix and Mercedes Rix; her husband, Gordon Francis; and her grandson, Larry. Margaret is survived by her children: Pete, Willy, Joe, Paul, Mike, David, Audrey, Marie, Eileen, Polly, Norma, and Margaret; her sister, Eileen; and her children, Bob (Sue), Cathy (Paul), Donna (Larry), Jackie (Martin), and Bev (Uwe). She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren: Jaclyn, Kelli, David, James, Joshua, Andrea, Sean, Richard, Marcus, Katrina, William, and Nora, as well as her great-grandchildren: Jack, Levi, Wren, Juliet, Harper, Hadley, Marley, and Maeve. Visitation will take place on Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Margaret's memory to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.
