Jill Chambers

Jill Chambers of London, Ontario, passed away on September 12, 2026. She is predeceased by her husband, Carl Chambers. Jill is survived by her sons, Scott Chambers (Colleen) and Patrick Chambers (Vicki), as well as her grandsons, Cameron (Jennifer Beck), Alexander, Joshua, and Noel, and her great-grandchild, Hunter. She is also survived by her siblings, Mollie Hart and Jack Vann. Jill will be remembered for her kindness and the warmth she brought to her family, friends, and colleagues. Her legacy of connections and shared experiences will remain in the hearts of those who knew her. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jill's memory may be made to Alzheimer's Southwest Partners.
