Jeremy Norman Lachapelle passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2026, at the age of 52. He will be deeply missed by his wife, Katrina Flack, and his children, Tyler and Jordyn. He was the cherished son of Joanne (née Girard) and the late Richard Lachapelle, and a loving brother of Rachelle. Jeremy will be greatly missed by many family and friends. Visitation will be held at Westview Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. A service will be held at Westview on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
