Jacoba "Koosje" Cornelia Geudens

Jacoba 'Koosje' Cornelia Geudens passed away on June 16, 2026, in her 89th year. She was the beloved wife of Martin 'Jos' Geudens for 69 wonderful years. Koosje was a devoted and loving mother to Jo-An 'John' Verhoeven, Peter Geudens, Lisa 'Doug' Rees, and John 'Lynn' Geudens. She was a cherished grandmother of Nick 'Bryanne' Verhoeven, Ben 'Laura' Verhoeven, Janet 'Brian' McLachlin, Krystal 'Scott' Robinson, Shanna 'Brian Morley' Rees, Melissa 'John' Rossiter, Meagan 'Travis' Mollard, and Matthew 'Megan' Geudens, and a proud great-grandmother to 21 great-grandchildren. Koosje is survived by her brothers Harry and Frank and her sisters Jeannie and Corrie. She was predeceased by her brothers John, Ted, Gerard, Cornelis, Casey, and Tony, and her sister Lucy VanderVloet. A private family graveside service will be held at Parkhill Cemetery at a later date. The family would like to thank the staff of Craigwiel Gardens for their care and compassion.
