Iola Maria (Nee Spinosa) Wester

Iola Maria Wester (nee Spinosa) passed away peacefully at home with her daughter by her side on June 4, 2026, in her 99th year, at the age of 98. She was the very much loved and devoted wife of Adrian for over 47 years. Iola was the cherished Mamma of Corinna Wester. She joins many loved ones in heaven, including dear Juliana. Iola was the dear sister of Silvana (Loreto) and the late Aldo, Adriana, Ennio, Nina, Tonino, Gina, Gino, Gemino (Silivia), and the late Lidia (Attilio). She was the daughter of the late Assunta (nee Balassone) and Vincenzo Spinosa. Iola is fondly remembered by her extended family in London, Italy, Holland, as well as longtime friends Adriaan van der Linden and the Van de Ven family. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home.
