Gertrude (Gert) Suzanne Berringer

Gertrude (Gert) Suzanne Berringer of London, Ontario, passed away on October 11, 2026. She was predeceased by her husband George, her parents Michael Menyes and Maria Menyes, her sister Mary Schertzer, and her former husband Gary Parr. Gertrude is survived by her daughters Kelly Weyler (Dale), Brenda Seager (Jim), and Eva Berringer, as well as her grandson Matthew (Kim). Prior to the Covid pandemic, she was an active member of the Hi-Neighbour Group, which produced and sold nearly 100,000 meat pies, with proceeds benefiting the Church and Team Challenge. In memory of Gert, donations are requested to the Parkwood Palliative Care Unit, Ark Aid Mission, Teen Challenge, or to a charity of your choice.
