Georgina Ann CHUTE

Georgina Ann Chute (Stevenson) passed away on April 13, 2026, at the age of 76, at St. Joseph's Hospice. She was the loving mother of Heather Chute-Grant (Gord), the late Andrew Chute, and Patrick Chute (Jennifer). Georgina was the cherished Nana of Daniel Chute, Emily and Owen Chute, and Haley Chute. She is survived by her beloved sister Pat (Rick) Bowen and several nieces and nephews. Georgina was predeceased by her parents Annie and George Stevenson, brother Cal Stevenson, sister Catherine Trella, son Andrew Chute, and infant son Brian Chute. She was a lifetime friend of Cathy Williams and dearest friend of Lou Telzer. Georgina worked at Shell Canada in Corunna for 27 years, forming lasting relationships with her coworkers. Family and friends will be received at Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m., followed by cremation.
