Garry Orchard died peacefully at Parkwood Hospital on August 14, 2026, at the age of 88. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Shirley, their three children Jeff, Terri and Lori, five grandchildren and six great‑grandchildren. No funeral or visitation will be held; a private family service is planned. In his memory, donations to a charity of the donor's choice are appreciated.
