Frank Welsby

Frank Welsby passed away peacefully on June 17, 2026, at the age of 79, at University Hospital, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on November 3, 1946, to Helen and Lloyd Welsby, Frank is lovingly remembered by his wife, Linda; his daughter, Alison; his son, Justin; and Linda's children, Kelly and Rob, whom he loved and raised as his own. He was a proud grandfather to Caden, Piper, Brandon, and Payten, and a cherished great-grandfather to Rosalie, Maverick, and Waylon. He is also survived by his brother, Bob; his brother-in-law, Clare; sisters-in-law, Dianne and Carol; and many nieces and nephews. Frank was predeceased by his parents, Lloyd and Helen Welsby; his sister, Marlyn; and his brothers, Lloyd and Walt. Family and friends will be received at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1997 Dundas St. E., London, on Friday, June 26, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank's memory may be made to the Palliative Care Unit at University Hospital, London Health Sciences Centre.
