Frank Desando

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Frank Desando in London, Ontario, on August 28, 2026. Frank was predeceased by his beloved spouse, Lucrezia 'Lucy' Desando, as well as his parents, Fernando and Maria, his sister Maria Martellotti (late Frank), his niece Sue Martellotti, his nephew Fred Martellotti (Fran), and his sister-in-law Rosina Anania (late Lorenzo). He is survived by his children, Mary Bourne (Al), Frank Desando, Fred Desando (Isabel), and Lori Martinez (Luis), along with his grandchildren, Melissa Russell (Marc), Malori Boyce (Josh), Alex Desando (Kyle), Sydney Desando (Matt), Jake Desando, Abigail Martinez, Genevive Martinez (Joe), and Antonia Martinez. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation took place on August 30, 2026, at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, followed by a funeral Mass at St. Mary's Church on August 31, 2026. An entombment was held at St. Peter's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Thames Valley Children's Centre would be appreciated.
