Douglas Hardy

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Douglas Hardy of London, Ontario, who departed this life on September 29, 2026, at the age of 93. Douglas was born on January 18, 1933. He was predeceased by his daughter Alison Clare (Jim), his adoptive parents Millie and Charles, his stepmother Dorothy Hardy, and his brother John Hardy. He is survived by his beloved wife Frances, his children Paul Hardy (Cinzia) and Janice Doyle (Rick), and his grandchildren Matthew Clare (Tasha), Megan Richards (Nathan), Ethan, Alessia, Lucas, Thomas Hardy, Heather Norris, Melissa Speller (Greg), and Tom Doyle (Stef). He also leaves behind his great-grandchildren Gordon Clare, Lucy, Otis Richards, Jacob Norris, and Miley Speller, as well as his sister-in-law Joanne Andrews and half-sister Marilyn Pike (Bobby).
