Chase Victor Brian Henschel

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Chase Victor Brian Henschel, who left us unexpectedly in London, Ontario, on August 30, 2026, at the age of 18. Born on August 7, 2008, in London, Chase was a warm and loving individual whose kindness and humor endeared him to many. He aspired to become an electrician and cherished his role as a father to his daughter, Stella, with whom he looked forward to creating lasting memories. Chase is predeceased by his mother, Letisha Layman, and uncles John Henschel, Doug White, and Brian Layman. He is survived by his daughter, Stella Henschel; her mother, Abby Thomson; father, Rob Henschel; sister, Chloe Henschel; grandparents Brian and Marion Layman, and Charlotte Henschel; aunts Melissa and Cori; uncle Ron; and numerous cousins and friends. In a final act of generosity, Chase was an organ donor, giving the gift of life to others. His family and friends will forever remember him for the love and joy he brought into their lives.
