Bernard William "Bill" PALMQUIST

Bernard William 'Bill' Palmquist passed away on June 4, 2026, at the age of 91, surrounded by his loved ones. Born on July 27, 1934, in Montreal, Quebec, to parents Bernard and Elizabeth Palmquist. He is survived by his son, Bernie Palmquist; daughter, Rosemary Palmquist; his stepchildren, Carol, Wendy, Jennifer, and Michael; sisters Judy Sauve (Mike) and Dorothy Hannah; brother Don Palmquist (Marlene); and his grandchildren, Bernie Jr. and Madison Palmquist, as well as many extended family members. Bill had a 32-year decorated career with the Canadian Armed Forces before his retirement. He was a proud member of the Byron Legion Branch 533. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Westview Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 709 Wonderland Road North, London. In keeping with Bill's wishes, cremation has taken place. The family invites guests for a time of visitation on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service in the funeral home chapel beginning at 12:00 p.m., with a reception to follow.
