Audrey (Ashworth) Flanagan

Audrey (Ashworth) Flanagan passed away peacefully on September 7, 2026, at University Hospital in London, at the age of 92. She was the beloved wife of her late husband, Gord, with whom she shared 55 years of marriage. Audrey is survived by her children, Susan Bedford and Simon Flanagan (Gail), and her cherished grandchildren, Clare (Oscar), Morgan (Derek), and Elora. She was also a dear sister to Mavis Firth (Michael) of Coulsdon, England. Born in Wallasey, England, on February 6, 1934, Audrey immigrated to Canada in 1967. She had a fulfilling career at the St. Thomas Public Library and the Ontario Psychiatric Hospital. In her retirement, she enjoyed reading, playing bridge, and traveling. A private family service will be held at Westview Funeral Home, with interment at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada.
