Russell Ray Faulkner of Listowel passed away peacefully at his home, with his family at his side, on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at the age of 78. He was the loving husband of Betty (Martin) Faulkner for 56 years. Ray was the father of Craig and Cindy Faulkner of Langley, BC, and their family Michael and Denise and their daughters Dayanara, Deschanel, Devereau, and Dahlton, and Dennis and Erin and their sons Aiden, Connor, and Ethan; Graham and Elizabeth Faulkner of Kitchener and their children Isaac, Kohen, and Lily Anna; and Brent and Kristen Faulkner of Langley, B.C. and their children Hannah, Maliya, and Ian. He was the brother of Barbara Fleming of Elmira, Joyce Mick of Brantford, Doris and David Tapley of Georgetown, Louise and Rudy Bloemberg of Wingham, Fern and Doug Walker of Huxley, AB, Sheila and John Gibson of Limehouse, and Brian and Penny Faulkner of Barrie. Ray was also the brother-in-law of Jim and Millie Martin of Kitchener, Helen & Doug Mank of Elmira, Ruth and Art Bogue of London, Sandra and Bill Pawlitzki of Kitchener, Fred and Penny Martin of Clifford, and Sherry and Stephane Legault of Lethbridge, AB. He was loved and respected by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Ray was predeceased by his sisters, Yvonne Reid; and husband, Harold, and Linda Faulkner; brothers-in-law, David Fleming, Sandy Mick, and David Martin and his wife Debbie; and grandson, Josiah Faulkner. Ray was born on June 21, 1947, in Mornington Township to Russell and Eileen (Wooddisse) Faulkner.
