Jane Melinda SLORACH

Jane Melinda Slorach, nee Roberts, passed away on June 17, 2026, at Linhaven Long-Term Care Residence. She was the beloved wife of the late Leslie Slorach and mother of her late infant daughter Laurie Elizabeth. Jane is survived by her sisters Elizabeth Born and Liane Roberts, as well as her nephews and nieces, including Todd Howarth, Bradley Chambers, Roni Holland, Joanne Hill, and Jane Born Price. She was predeceased by her parents Dorothy and Jack Roberts, grandmother Mae Lawson, brother-in-law David Born, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Jesse and Ron Chambers, nephew Bruce Chambers, and great-nephew Jacob Holland. Jane worked for Provincial Gas, now Enbridge, and was known for her beautiful voice and love of animals, especially cats. She will be remembered for her gentle, loving, and playful nature, and her ability to host family events with great style and flair.
