Norma Elaine Penney

Norma Elaine Penney of Lindsay, Ontario, passed away on September 26, 2026, at the age of 85. Born on May 4, 1941, she is fondly remembered by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Norma was predeceased by her husband, James Penney, and her son, Wayne. She is survived by her son, Alan (Wendy), her grandsons, Sean (Eva), Matt (Jen), and Justin (Courtney), as well as her great-grandchildren, Shelby, Alexis, Maverick, Grace, and Carlin. Her warmth and thoughtfulness left a lasting impression on those around her. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes.
