Laird Black

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Laird Black, of Lindsay, Ontario, who departed this life on August 27, 2026, at the age of 71. Laird was born on July 16, 1955. He is survived by his beloved wife, Judy Black, and their children, Brent (Michelle) and Karyn (Trevor). Laird was a proud grandfather to his grandsons, Austin and Landon. He is also survived by his brothers, Bob (Carolyn), Bill (Sheila), and Brad (Sylvia), along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends. Visitation will take place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM, followed by a celebration of life at 11:30 AM, and a reception at 12:15 PM, all at the Lakeland Funeral & Cremation Centre, located at 19 Moose Rd, Lindsay, ON K9V0A2. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
