Floris Wilson

Floris Wilson of Lindsay, Ontario, passed away on September 25, 2026, at the age of 91. Born on September 20, 1935, she was a beloved member of her family and community. Floris was predeceased by her husband, James Wilson. She is survived by her children, Ron Wilson (Janey) of Lindsay and Maxine (Tom Avery) of Woodville, along with her grandchildren: Sarah Avery (Robert), Nicole Avery (Chris), Caylea Smith (Harrison), Jason Wilson (Shauntel), and Mike Wilson (Amanda). Her great-grandchildren include Rachel, George, Isabelle, Weston, Olivia, Chloe, and Kaidan. Floris is also survived by her siblings, Jack Johnston (Doris), Morley Johnston, and Vera McMillan (Roy), as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial donations may be made to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation (Palliative Care) or the Canadian Diabetes Association through Stoddart Funeral Home, 24 Mill Street, Lindsay.
