Mary Eileen (nee Hunter) COUNSELL

Mary Eileen Counsell (nee Hunter) passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at the age of 92, at the Marotta Family Hospital in St. Catharines. She will be reunited with her husband, Allan Counsell. Eileen is survived by her daughter, Jill and husband Jim Lynch, grandchildren, Nicole (Jon), Joseph (Sarah), and Sydney Preston, and great-grandchildren, Briar and Anna Preston. She is also survived by her sister, Willo (Steve) McMillan, and sister-in-law, Ruth Hunter. Eileen was predeceased by her sister, Virginia Haines, and brother, Bob Hunter. Cremation has taken place and arrangements have been entrusted to Morgan Funeral Home, in Niagara on the Lake. A celebration of life will take place on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, with a lunch to follow.
