Thomas Wilson

Thomas Wilson passed away peacefully on August 3, 2026, at the age of 97. Born on April 22, 1929, in Hespeler, Ontario, he is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Philomene. Tom was predeceased by his parents, Thomas Barr Wilson and Margaret Smith Campbell, as well as his siblings, Margaret, Isabelle, Ethel, William, and Roderick. He is also survived by his niece Sheena, nephews Campbell and Fredrick, and grand-nephews Cameron and Scott. Tom spent 35 years working for Revenue Canada and enjoyed his woodworking shop and music. He and his wife traveled extensively across the globe. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 9:30-10:15 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 10:30 a.m. and a reception. Those unable to attend may view the service via live stream. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Waterloo Region or the charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
