The Honourable Justice Robert Duncan REILLY

The Honourable Justice Robert Duncan Reilly passed away peacefully on June 11, 2026, at the age of 83. He is lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Jean Reilly; his son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Karen Reilly; his cherished grandchildren, Brock, Keegan, Sawyer, Abigail, Joel, and Angelina; and his beloved Standard Poodle, Geordie. Justice Reilly dedicated more than four decades of his life to the administration of justice in Canada, earning the respect of colleagues, counsel, and litigants alike through his unwavering integrity, wisdom, and compassion.
