The family of Sarah Anne Nielsen-Jones announces her passing on August 29, 2026, in Kitchener, Ontario. Sarah Anne is remembered for the joy she brought to her loved ones and the meaningful connections she fostered throughout her life. She was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Jean. Sarah Anne is survived by her siblings, Ian (Linda), Jennifer (Ron), and Michael, along with her cherished nieces and nephews, Christopher, Alison, Eric, Jessica, and Alixandra. A celebration of her life will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Gathering Room, located at 20 Ellen St E, Kitchener, ON N2H6R7. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the David Suzuki Foundation as a tribute to her memory.
