Rosa Artinger

Rosa Artinger passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the age of 99. She was the beloved wife of the late John Artinger. Rosa is survived by her loving son Alfred and his wife Helga, cherished grandma of Leanne and her husband Tom Kukla and Lori Artinger, and proud Oma of Jonathan and Amber Kukla. Born in Hungary, Rosa immigrated to Canada from Germany in 1954. She was a devoted member of St. Teresa Church. Rosa enjoyed spending summers at the cottage, playing bingo and card activities with friends, and was known for her talented baking. Visitation will take place from 9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, followed by a Funeral Liturgy at 10:30 a.m. and reception. Interment will be at Woodland Cemetery. Donations to the St. Teresa Church or the Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
