Peter (Pete) Schacht

Peter (Pete) Schacht passed away on June 11, 2026, at the age of 77. He was the beloved son of the late Roy and Loretta Schacht of Kitchener. Devoted husband of Patricia (Patia) Schacht for 52 years. He was the proud father of Peter, Tina, and Emily, grandfather to Tiana, and shared a cherished bond with his sister-in-law, Kathleen. Pete passed away peacefully with his family by his side. A private family ceremony will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations in Pete's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Donations may be made at the Henry Walser Funeral Home or online through the charity's website.
