Michael L. STREDWICK

Michael L. Stredwick passed away on July 30, 2026, at the age of 83, following a short illness. He died just five days after his wife, Linda, with whom he shared 53 years of marriage. Michael is survived by his children, Kirby and Clinton, and their spouses, Krista and Leanne, as well as his grandchildren, Lauren, Thomas, and James. He is also survived by his sister, Michele Othman, and her husband, Sirat, of Malaysia, and his extended family and friends. Michael was predeceased by his wife, Linda, his mother, Yvonne Curnow, his stepfather, Jim Curnow, and his father, Leonard Cox. Born in England, Michael immigrated to Canada and settled in Kitchener, where he built a life centered on faith, family, and friendship. He worked at J.M. Schneider for over 25 years and was an active member of the Lions Club and St. George's of Forest Hill Anglican Church. Michael and his wife were avid travelers, exploring Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Alaska, and the United Kingdom. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Westmount Memorial.
