Maureen Aubie

Maureen Aubie passed away peacefully with her family by her side at WRHN - Queen's Blvd on July 12, 2026, at the age of 76. She was the beloved wife of Charles 'Charlie' Aubie and loving mother of Claudette Houghton, Henri Aubie, and Michele Aubie-O'Connor. Maureen was a proud grandma of Joshua, Jacob, Nolan, and Griffin. She was the daughter of the late Connie and Jerome 'Hook' McComb and dear sister of Sharon, Kelly, Kerry, and the late Jerry. The family would like to extend their gratitude to her caregivers, including Andrew, Charmi, and the PSW girls, as well as the doctors and nurses at St. Mary's Hospital, particularly in the ICU, for their exceptional care. The family also appreciates the care provided by her doctor, Ivan Jagas. Relatives and friends may visit with the family at the Henry Walser Funeral Home on July 15, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Parkview Cemetery on July 18, 2026, at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario would be appreciated and may be made at the funeral home or online through the charity's website.
