Margaret Heuchert

Margaret Heuchert passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at Sunnyside Home at the age of 96. She was the beloved wife of the late Henry Heuchert. Margaret is lovingly remembered by her children, Rick Heuchert and his wife Janis of Kitchener, and Debbie Mangone and her husband John of Sault Ste. Marie. She was a cherished grandmother of Mike, Dave and his wife Jen, Jeff and his wife Lindsay, Matt and his wife Emily, and Mike and his wife Amanda. Margaret was also a proud great-grandmother of Cassie, Rosie, Jane, Maddie, Lilah, Hailey, and Brooks. She is survived by her sister Ed Harth and his wife Lynn, as well as her sisters-in-law Audrey Jadeski, who was predeceased by her husband Bob, and Betty Laidlaw, who was predeceased by her husband Ernest. Margaret is also survived by her brothers-in-law Herb Heuchert and his wife Carol, and Bob Gregory, who was predeceased by his wife Darlene. She was predeceased by her brothers William Jr., who was predeceased by his wife Johanna, and George, who was predeceased by his wife Arlene, and Ernest Harth. Margaret's family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, on Tuesday, June 16, from 9:30-10:15 am. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home at 10:30 am, followed by a reception. Interment will take place at Parkview Cemetery, and cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Grace Lutheran Church would be appreciated by the family. The family would like to extend a special thank-you to the Woodside staff at Sunnyside Home.
