Marc Auguste Nicolas Schaeffer

Marc Auguste Nicolas Schaeffer passed away peacefully at WRHN - Chicopee on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at the age of 94. He was the beloved husband of Valerie for over 72 years. Marc was the loving father of Marc (Judith) and the late Denise. He was the dear brother of Gracielle (late Bernard) and the late Guy. Marc's family will receive relatives and friends from 2:30 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday at 3:30 p.m., followed by a reception. Those unable to attend may view Marc's service via live stream. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Donations may be made at the funeral home or online directly through the charity's website.
