Kenneth Richard Ainlay

Kenneth Richard Ainlay of Kitchener, Ontario, passed away on October 2, 2026, at the age of 91. Born on January 8, 1935, Kenneth is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia Ainlay (Helm), and their children, Kimberly Ainlay (Vaughn), Penny Ainlay (Kim), and Todd Ainlay (Debbie). He was a proud grandfather to 10 grandchildren and a great-grandfather to 17 great-grandchildren. Kenneth was predeceased by his daughter, Kristen Naugler (Kim), and his grandsons, Jacy Naugler and Lee Gibbons. Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd., followed by a funeral service at 10:30 AM. A burial will occur later that day at Mount Hope Cemetery at 1:15 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Waterloo Region Community Foundation - A Penny For Your Thoughts Fund.
