Kathryn Schuster

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Kathryn Schuster of Kitchener, Ontario, who departed this life on September 25, 2026, at the age of 100. Kathryn was born on April 24, 1926. She was predeceased by her parents, Barbara and Nikolaus Killian, her husband John, and her sister Anna. Kathryn is survived by her children, Bill (Sue), Linda, and Kathy; her grandchildren, James (Christa), Paula (Nacho), Kevin (Talena), Melissa (Blake), and Rebecca (Dean); as well as her great-grandchildren, Lee, Emmett, Charlotte, Alexander, Ana, Sophia, Lily, and Owen. Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 2, 2026, from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM at Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. A funeral service will follow on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 1:30 PM at the same location. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
