Karen Mary Angst

Karen Mary Angst passed away peacefully on May 21, 2026, at peopleCare AR Goudie in Kitchener, ON, at the age of 82. She was the beloved wife of 58 years to Garfield 'Gary' Angst. Karen was the cherished mother of Jason Angst and his wife Debra Brown, and Andrea Capham. She was the loving grandma of Hayden, Jordan, Ashley, Kalana, and Akela, and proud great-grandmother of Jordyn. Karen was the dear sister of Betty Anstett, late Jerry Anstett's wife, Sandy Balheim, late John Balheim's wife, and Pamela Murphy. She was predeceased by her parents, Edgar and Clara Scheels, and by her sister, Donna Piwowarek, late Ed Piwowarek's wife. Karen is survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
